  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We strive to display the colors and images of our products in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your monitor is accurate.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices shown include VAT where applicable.

  1. SHIPMENTS

The estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days. Delivery times are estimated and we cannot guarantee deliveries on specific dates.

  1. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 9 days of receiving the product.

5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Money refund (only applies to warranty cases and right of withdrawal):
  • Through bank transfer (savings account, checking account, cash savings): it is processed approximately within five business days after receiving the product back in our warehouse.
  • Through payment reversal: fifteen business days after receiving the product in our warehouse. This reversal is at the expense and order of your bank, any questions should be directed to them.
  • Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of the exchange). Changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original, and any difference, if applicable, will be provided as a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. In case of unavailability for the exchange, the value of the product(s) will be given in a coupon for a new purchase.
  • Coupon for making a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).
  1. Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of the exchange). Changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or lower than the original, and any difference, if applicable, will be given as a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. In case of unavailability for the exchange, the value of the product(s) will be provided in a coupon for a new purchase.
  2. Coupon for making a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).

5.2 PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be returned in optimal condition, without any signs of use, with the original labels or, if they have already been removed, you must include them in the packaging. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its condition, and based on the results, a new product will be sent to you or a coupon for a new purchase will be issued.
